CozyText is the first service created by Senior Year, Inc. We have more services in the works—benefiting seniors, families, and youth alike.

Senior Year is a public benefit corporation founded to connect with seniors for friendly check-ins. We create tools and services for remote caregivers, community organizations, and senior communities—and we're powered by one of the best untapped sources of talent: high school and college students.

The idea originated from my own experience as a remote caregiver for my aging parents while raising teens seeking flexible, meaningful work. I saw an opportunity to connect generations: pairing seniors who need friendly check-ins and light assistance with students seeking a meaningful, paid job.

My dad was my mom's primary caregiver for years after her Alzheimer’s diagnosis. Our family, like many others, has lived the need for better help for seniors aging in place—and for the caregivers and service providers who support them.
