Conduct daily automated SMS wellness check-ins.
Communicate updates or alerts to designated family members or trusted contacts.
Support the well-being and independence of senior users.
Generate summaries of check-in responses for Trusted Circle members.
Maintain internal records for service reliability, troubleshooting, and legal compliance.

All personal data is securely stored in encrypted databases. We maintain robust security measures, including:

4. SMS Messaging & Consent
To comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and mobile carrier guidelines (10DLC):
User-Initiated Activation: Service for the senior recipient only begins once they send a unique activation code to our system. This act constitutes prior express written consent.
Opt-Out: Users may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by texting STOP to our number. A single confirmation text will be sent to confirm the unsubscription.

5. Sharing of Information (SMS Privacy Disclosure)
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
No Third-Party Sharing for Marketing: Mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS consent data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service Providers: We share your phone number only with our SMS gateway provider (e.g., Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering our service messages. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
